Our expectations were exceeded by far. The Director of Catering, Jessica was very receptive to our requests and very diligent to fulfill our vision. Our event was during the holiday season, where I know there were multiple events scheduled throughout the time frame. The way I was treated, I always felt like I was the number one priority. I am extremely pleased.

We have wanted to stay at the St. Augustine Hilton Bayfront for some time and were not disappointed. Everything about the property is exceptional - rooms, staff, dining etc. It is a very unique property and learned it is the smallest Hilton property in the US. We are gold members so enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning in the restaurant. We will certainly stay there again.
The hotel was very modern and clean; located right on the water in the historical town of Saint Augustine near all the shops and restaurants. All staff we encountered was very friendly, they did everything to accomodate us. My favorite part was a breakfast. Our server with the curly hair was a sweetheart, extremly caring and attentative.
We moved here after a bad experience at another hotel. I can't believe they had rooms available. Couldn't have asked for a cleaner, more comfortable stay. Luxurious linens, friendly staff, great location.
All services of this hotel were excellent! Location was also perfect. Planning to stay here again during next trip. Have recommended this hotel to family, friends and coworkers. Felt at home and slept well. Atmosphere of lobby and bar was great!
